talked to an agent for few weeks and had everything agreed and proceeded with the property booking. Only few days before they said it was not possible to let the property under the previously agreed terms and would require 6 months rent upfront even though all guarantor and documents were validated! such a waste of time and leaving me in a desperate situation to find any housing available! They took all details possible as well before this happened!

Absolutely the most terrible company I’ve ever rented from. Liars and crooks. AVOID. Misleading adverts, no responses with questions or queries and staff that constnstly violate rules then ignore complaints. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this ... Read Full Review

This estate agents dealt with the auction of our home for our landlord whilst we still had a current tenency agreement. i had a terrible experience with kal sangra and the landlord fred kilpatrick. they treated us aweful and had upsetting phone calls discriminating us. it took them 6 weeks to fix a cooker and a further 6 weeks to fix a damaged switch that was sparking in my 5 month old babys room! they are ... What agent could do to change your mind?
this agent should have done things in a better manner and treated us like human beings and not animals!
