Over the past 6 months we have tried to get Savills to fix a massive leak in the roof. Nothing has been done. Imagine having a leak in your roof, while living in LONDON. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I highly do not recommend taking this agency for your rental, because: 1/ Some of their workers are VERY EXTREMELY RUDE and take their sweetest time to reply to mails. 2/ They will give you the STUPIDEST excuses that they cannot reach the landlords. 3/ They will keep you without a precise... Savills Islington must be the worst letting agency I have ever rented a property through. To begin with - they charge ridiculous fees for renewals of lease (£100+VAT) just to print off the same lease, the do not even review the inventory.
