Amazing property agent I have come across, handsdown the best. I have been using Flynn to let my properties and the service has been 1st class. They have taken utmost care to ensure the tenant and my interests are protected. Any issues in the property was promptly brought to my attention and sorted out very quickly with competent professionals. I reviewed and approve the quotes before the work was done. They are not like the other rip off property agents who charge for a comma and fullstop. I hesitated to contact them initially due to some negative reviews of the tenants online

I would give no stars if possible. The lack of care to maintain issues within their properties is below standard. I have been with this agency for 9 years facing numerous of problems none.of which taken seriously. I now have a infestation of rats because they failed to act on my complaints for 3 ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
