Fine, if you're a landlord. Tenants are clearly their lowest priority, though. They see nothing wrong with leaving tenants without basic necessities for weeks on end. They will spend more time trying to pin blame on the tenant than trying to resolve emergency maintenance issues. As for the staff, Quentin, Jamie and Luke are just outright bullies, arrogant and aggressive. They need a few lessons in customer service and an attitude adjustment.
