Shocking service. Don't provide the services that are included in the rent (no internet, no one to call for repairs, no cleaner) and lied that they were never included when we asked even though their whole business is about all-inclusive flats. Once you've checked in, they'll just ignore any emails and calls. If you complain about anything, they'll just ask you to leave - this happened to 2 out of 3 of our flatmates. Cheapskates even though the rent is expensive - heating is on a 15 minute timer and you have to keep switching it on over and over. Staff are really rude and will do anything to avoid doing their jobs. Will try to take advantage of you, break tenancy law and just hope you don't know about your renters' rights. Avoid avoid avoid!! After about 1 week, I wished I'd never moved in!

30 Sept 2021This is an entirely inaccurate review from a tenant we suggested she would be happier elsewhere after 3 weeks living in the property. It is correct in stating that we suggested two tenants leave after several incidents of anti-social behaviour towards staff and the remaining tenant. There was a teething problem with the internet and all 3 tenants were reimbursed financially. The statements regarding cleaning, heating and call outs are simply not true. Maintenance visited the property at least 6 times during the 3 week tenancy for repairs that would have been charged to the tenant in normal circumstances, none of which were emergencies. Having had thousands of very happy tenants, many of whom return to us regularly, it is disappointing to receive our first negative review in 13 years.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
