<p>Konrad is a con artist. After sending through the documentation, he then requested 3 months bank statements which I sent him. He then started querying my transactions, even though I had sent him 3 payslips and had passed vetting. Saying stuff like the Landlord had issues with previous tenants. I asked him what my transactions had to do with the Landlord. I have passed vetting. The same day at 9pm he messages me on WhatsApp, saying 'Sorry, bad news the Landlord found a buyer for the flat???!!!. The same flat that has been on the market for weeks, and at the viewing, I was told it was all rentals, especially the one I viewed. The lady Samantha was then asking lots of questions unnecessarily. The image of black man with a good job, clearly bothers them.</p>

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
