From start to finish Karl and Daniel have been professional, courteous and respectful of all parties. It's been a pretty stressful ordeal but they have both been there every step of the way keeping all parties in the chain up to date even when their own estate agents haven't. I cannot thank theses two amazing guys enough for holding my hand, being my stress relief and keeping me sane whilst what felt like the longest process in the world took place. If you're looking for an estate agent who is actually by your side the whole way through, who communicates, pushes for answers and supports you right from the beginning then look no further. I cannot recommend Karl and Daniel enough. Thank you xx

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
