Never ever would I recommend this awful agency, renting from (Bowes road Southgate) them has been nothing but a nightmare their staff turnover is ridiculous you never deal with the same person as it is always new people starting and know nothing about repairs reported the manager dien is nothing but useless and runs away from tenants gets his useless agents to say he is off sick or on annual leave for the past 7years!

Btc in bows road. Nothing but problems with them. Ignored phone calls, emails and letters, was a tenant for two years. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
