Notting Hill Apartments

This is a dangerous place to stay. Rooms get extremely hot from spring months, to summer. No way of cooling room. Window does not help, and also many fans I purchased do not do much to relieve the intensity of the heat, humidity, and tight air. Too hard to breathe. Way too many smokers. Lots of weed, cigarette, and tobacco smoke permeates the air. Neighbours and their associates in room close by send smoke constantly into my room daily twenty four hours, making it impossible to breathe also. All cooking smells enter room multiple times every single day. The noxious fumes of cooking, smoking and humid air makes the box studio/room unbearable. I do not wish to smell other people's cooking in my room. A lot of the food odour is too strong. Also as a non smoker I do not wish to smell smoke in my room at all. Today they finally set my smoke alarm off. It flashes daily with all the smoke I receive. Not luxury apartments, as no air conditioning, nor even fan. No dish washer or power shower. Furniture is all chipboard and very bad. Fixed sofa so cannot move about and have to sit in one area. Fridge/freezer so old and faulty. Washing machine not digital and so old. Room has not been painted in many, many years. Staff are all East European, and are way too hostile. Mainly young people with lots of DSS tenants. Rooms are not soundproofed so people always complain about sound. Really not good value.
