Addison Mead were the Agents we purchased our new property from. We can't thank them enough for being professional and so incredibly reassuring, helpful, a great support system throughout the process. All round great service. Viewing and purchasing a property during Covid times is exceptionally difficult for the Agents, and us, the Buyers. Adam gave us all the time we needed to view the property, and was very professional, welcoming and friendly(unlike some agents we have experienced during our property search, who have been very miserable & unfriendly during the viewing! ) We knew, as soon as we were shown around the property, that it met with our requirements. Corrie, Addison Meads Manager, has been an absolute rock during the buying process! We had a few moments from the sellers solicitors, which were frustrating, and Corrie was always there, on the end of the phone, to give us the reassurance and guidance that we needed. Corrie has a very calm manner and is very thorough, she looked after us all the way through until we picked the keys up. A huge thank you from us for your understanding, patience and support. We must also mention Melissa, who also was very helpful, and always passed any messages over to Corrie, and helped us as much as possible, if Corrie was out of the office. We would highly recommend Addison Mead. They offer a very personal service, and go above and beyond to help, guide and reassure, all the way through the purchase process. Huge thanks from Andy & Fee
