Unprofessional and poor quality conduct, making a promise and do something else, confuses customers. 1. Misleading on pricing of property. The property was not sold by this agent to start, and the real price sold by another agent was higher than the one on its website. 2. The agent promised last week to take the wrong information off its website but did not keep their promise. 3.This misleading information on its website already caused stress of the owner and a perspective buyer from another agent, because the wrong information on Aspire's website.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
