Purple Lets are a nightmare to deal with. Quite simply the worst possible "management" company one can imagine. The list of problems is long. Here are some "low-lights"... Initially things went well, but from the outset Zena failed to do as she was asked (moving tenants in earlier than agreed!). The company failed to complete works they had invoiced and been paid for. They did not complete the inventory, items went missing. They also comprehensively failed to transfer rent money on time, blaming tenants, even though we had evidence Purple Lets had been paid on time. Further more, they appeared not to understand their own contracts, and when pushed took several weeks to produce a simple receipt. When we asked for monies owed, Zena was very elusive, and when she did return our calls her conduct was lamentable. The worst, least professional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
What agent could do to change your mind?
see above - the agency were so bad, we could not tell if they are fraudsters or just incompetent.

Please contact Partick police station to make a complaint. I too am a victim of this fraudster and I have made a complaint there and I believe several others have too. The more people come forward the greater the chance of action against this ... Read Full Review

I was letting a property out through Purple Lets and due to their constant lying and underhanded dealings decided to cancel our contract. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
