Rented my house out to a cannabis farmer. Almost bankrupted me getting the repair works done. Prior to this I had a very expensive watch stolen on a viewing.

The fees is not the issue but the service and detailed explanation of next move. I have paid £780 to my agent 2014 and still got a frustrating service but £500 I paid Bestow eve is a good value for my money.

In fact I didn't sell using them. They had my property for 6 months, didn't sell it, then I sold in one day using Douglas Allen. The offered me �50 compensation. It is now with the Property Ombudsman. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE... Read Full Review
