Absolutely appalling service from Graham & Sibbald in Dundee. Booked in for a home report and was told he could not value my property to the same price the 3 estate agents valued it, he tried to value it £15,000 under the price of the property. Did not produce a draft report at all yet only refunded half my money. Booked in to get the home report done with another company and they managed to value my property to the same price as the estate agents value. Shocking company who will rob you for your money. AVOID THEM!!!!!
