Utter Shambles of an agent. Thankfully I wasn't selling though this agent (so I wasn't paying for the total lack of service). They refused to allow us to view properties. We had to complain and contact the owner (Mr WATKINSON) in order to get a viewing - which is quite honestly crazy. The Staff within the Newark office were predominantly either rude, unprofessional or incompetent. Even when we were months into the sale process and talking exchange dates the agent had no idea or control over the status of the sale process and when any effort was made by us or the sellers to update them or chase issues they constantly became defensive and rude. We even had the condescending Office Manager hangup on us because she was .. quote 'too busy dont we know'. Our purchase of the property only complete due to us having direct contact with the seller and we did all the negotiations and discussions between ourselves as the agent simply wasn't interested. I would rather gouge my eyes out with a blunt wooden spoon than deal with this agent again.

Appalling and incompetent lettings department that do not communicate things to each other, double book appointments, lied to us and in most of their communication were rude. They aren't the brightest bunch of individuals and continually made mistakes. Lettings manager is the worst of the bunch... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned calls, not lie to cover their backs regards not attending appointments and behave in a professional and decent manner.
