This company has cost me the sale of my house leaving me with legal bills to pay and no house to move into. Their couldn't care less attitude is a disgrace. When calling for information, the stock answer is that the person is unavailable and they will call back. They never do and if you are lucky enough to actually speak to the person concerned they offer platitudes instead of constructive information. So beware, if you are planning to buy through these people.... DON'T.

I hope you understand that we had tried our best to make this purchase work for you, unfortunately our seller was unable to find their next home to progress further. We had been transparent and gave updates to confirm it would be subject to the seller’s onward move. The sellers did not want to instruct solicitors for any buyer to potentially lose money if they could not find a property. Again, I am very sorry this purchase did not work out as planned and hope you understand that this was beyond our control. We wish you all the best.

They charged me £499 for mortgage advise service. The mortgage advisor said he had submitted my application but he didn't. I asked him several times and he said to me he did submit. He lied.
