We selected Carter Jonas to act on an executors' sale of a flat in Bishop Mansions because of their experience of handling transactions in this complex. We were not disappointed and very pleased with the service we received from Wayland Ward-Smith and Mandy Jacobs. They showed the flat to a number of potential buyers in a very short period of time and secured an offer at the asking price. The transaction was then delayed due to challenges in obtaining Probate but we received good advice on how to manage the delay and they also kept the intended purchaser advised so that they acquired the property when formalities had been completed
