Ignored repair requests, refused return of deposit on departure, arrogant and rude - HIGHLY unprofessional outfit who rent their own properties under the blanket of an "agency" to avoid any direct responsibility - in my opinion its owned by crooks and run by idiots - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
