Following a friends recommendation i am delighted I approached Brown&Co to market my house.The production of the Brochure was 1st Class and the photography and aerial shots done by Haakon were outstanding.My dealings were in the main, with David Hinton who has been excellent the whole way through the transaction.He has been so professional and has kept me fully updated and has constantly been pushing the sale along.I can't thank him enough .A big thank you also goes to Peter Horner for his courtesy calls and sincere interest I would highly recommend Brown&Co. Cynthia is friendly and helpful. The fees and charges from a tenants perspective are low to non-existent. e.g. No renewal fees, admin fees etc..No section 21 or other funny business.
