Each time that we had an issue, the customer service has been terrible: We had our account in credit, it took nearly 3 month to have the funds back. We have a door to repair and no contractor wants to touch it, Hyde is pushing back saying it's not their problem and do not have the courtesy to give you the info, we had to chase several time to actually have this answer after 4 month of calling them. In addition, they are not helping with the cladding situation which has been on for a year and half now so nobody In our 2 buildings can sell their flats and they do not give us any timeline to have any repairs!! Their customer service is rude and doesn't care, I wouldn't recommend them at all!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
