Took several calls/emails to book a viewing, in the end had to make a blind offer to even be able to do this. Put an offer in which was higher than someone else, told me it had been accepted, started getting all necessary paperwork completed when I was told that the other clients had put in a higher offer and that no more offers were accepted. Absolutely ludicrous, all done via email and Jacov never called or answered his phone. Thank god they rarely pop up in my area, disgraceful company
