I've been using Chartwell Lettings to rent out a property in Gravesend for the last 10 years. I can only say that the service they provide is first class. I met Keith the day I completed (Friday) and true to his word he had tenants in by the following Monday. They stayed 6 years! Maintenance charges and minor repair bills are always reasonable and they are always open and transparent. It was my first my to let and the experience has been stress free thanks to them. They even advised me when I was looking to add another BTL flat. Which areas were in demand and which developments had reasonable management companies. I can't rate them highly enough.
