Avoid if possible. My daughter rented from Student Places and had terrible service. Problems with the property, and there were many, were not sorted quickly. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. The house was vacated 6 weeks ago and despite constant phoning and emailing we have not had the deposit back or reasons why it hasn't been refunded. It felt as if we had issue after issue, but were never treated like the customer. I would never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.
