1) Show respect to customer 2) At least TRY to help him/her 3) Don\'t persistently defend a shady landlord 4) Don\'t avoid potentially difficult or inconvenient calls or meetings 5) Don\'t make feeble and untruthful excuses to customers that a child wouldn\'t swallow
