Rude and unprofessional. Did not communicated with us for weeks following the payment of our holding deposit only to pull the let from us less then a week before we were due to move in without any reason. Don't waste your time.

This estate agent were extremely unprofessional. Possibly the rudest money grabbing people I have ever come in contact with. We didn't have a shower or washing machine for over a month (different dates same flat). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
