If I could give them a 0 star I would. I called Glentworth to get a viewing to see a flat which me and my partner was looking at and at the start they seemed really nice and professional. Turnt up on time to the viewing and it all went wrong once the application was sent in. I had been dealing with Danielle and I let her know about my previous credit and I was told by them it would still be okay to apply. Me and my partner loved the flat and we put in a offer. I have a Guarantor and 6 months upfront. Once the application was complete Danielle asked me to send some details over to her. I sent these all over and then receieved an email back from her today explaining our application could not be put forward due to my previous credit. When I first spoke to them they said it was fine and I made sure they knew of the situation before I went to view the property as I have to take time out of my working day to get the time out to view. Once the email come through I had sent an email back to her and I got an email back basically going back on everything she said. I called the office and spoke to another lady and to be honest she was useless and very rude. My brother called the office as he also works in lettings and she blammed us for not being upfront and truthful when I have a email and paper work showing me being upfront. They made a mistake and blamed it on me. Then it changed to her being a new member of staff and just telling me the wrong information when surely they deal with referencing every single day so you would think that they would be able to give correct information. I would not ever deal with the company again and I would make sure all friends and family know not to deal with them either. Very rude and very unprofessional. Just leave you out to dry, just like they did us.
