Zero customer service! Booked a viewing over the phone. Agent took my name, email address and mobile number. Attended the viewing on agreed date and time. Fox and Sons agent didn't arrive so called their Chandlers Ford branch. Spoke to a young lady who told me that the house had been sold already and consequently all booked viewings were cancelled. I advised her that I had not been notified. She assured me that I had and considering i have my work mobile on all the time and there was clearly no record of them contacting me or even leaving a message, I knew she was covering her back. I asked her to confirm my mobile number which she couldn't do. It was obvious that they had made no attempt to ring me and had even taken my name down incorrectly. No apology given and the old covid excuse was used (people working from home and are very busy). I am sorry but if you employ people who cannot diarise an appointment or take down correct details and communicate with potential viewers, then you have an appalling level of service run by a bunch of inept individuals! I wouldn't trust them to sell a bin let alone a house. Far more professional agents in the area and if I could have given no stars I would!

Trying to sell our house through Fox and Sons Eastleigh was one of the worst moves we ever made.
