Having failed to sell our house for the 2nd time, they then went and demanded part of the sales fee from an agent that then did sell it to one of Savills viewers the first weekend the house was relaunched. They relied on their Terms of Business to extract some money of the agent who actually worked effectively to sell the property. The buyers themselves refused to deal with Savills after the first viewing. Also lots of 'positive' viewings that we then heard nothing back from the viewers - ok not always the agents faults but vet your clients first - especially in COVID times when its not ideal having a bunch of time wasters seeing your property. Would never buy or sell through this form again. One word to some them up - Useless.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
