If I could rate this company lower I would. We lived in our flat for 2 and a half years, not once did we have central heating that worked, piles of binbags dumped outside our "private entrance", windows with gaps in that let all the cold in during the winter and constant damp issues. We tried so many times to get it sorted with this company but they would drag their feet getting it sorted, leaving it for so long that black mould started to grow inside. We were told it was up to us to chase them up when we hadn't heard anything for weeks about things getting sorted. Treated us like dog sh*t the entire time we were there. They even allowed us to live in this awful conditions with a newborn, no rush to get anything sorted when we called and told them it needed sorting before she was born. Aware that they have buildings that are not paying utility bills and wont do anything to sort the issue out. Avoid these at all costs.
