I find it hard to find a positive thing to say about this letting agent, i would recommend that you avoid this agent like the plague. Once the tenancy contract had been signed me and my co-tenants where leveled with unexpected charges that went into the hundreds of pounds, with absolutely no explanation as to their purpose. They refused to let me check in on a weekend making moving in extremely difficult. The property had multiple problems including a inefficient central heating system, condensation interfering with electrics a dodgy front door and lock, broken fixtures and despite being labeled as otherwise no vacuum cleaner and excessive mold in every room of the property every single one of these issue was raised with the agent and after a year only the lock on the front door was addressed, that is after living in a house i would have described as insecure for half of my tenancy.
