This agent has tried changing its name: this is for the estate agent at 43 Newington Green, which looks like it's closely linked to a company called Property International UK Ltd (PIUK Ltd). The staff are rude and uninterested. I had more problems than I can count, and their excuses and incompetence amazed me. (They refused to post documents because it was insecure, and they had random opening hours that they refused to disclose - I never could work out how I was supposed to get the contract in question without magic). They wouldn't even inspect the flat or perform an inventory. They are a pathetic excuse for an estate agent. If you're still tempted, just try calling them up to arrange a viewing or a routine query, or visit the office to meet the staff. They will amaze you. Stay Away!
