Avoid if possible. Left the flat in very good conditions in May and still haven’t received our deposit back which is quite a big amount of money. Agent keeps saying that is chasing finance but we still haven’t seen a single penny back. Will take further steps accordingly but avoid this agency at all costs!

My previous tenant through this agent made various damages including deep scars in the wood floor. The deposit went to a mydeposit.com under the agent's account, where I have no control on.
