Excellent service from the letting floor when we were looking for a property. Explained all the money side of things clearly, hiding nothing (unlike other local agents) . Moved in really smoothly. Again everything well explained. There were a couple of small issues, but thier management/maintenance people were efficient. Will continue to use if we have to move again.

Grants were absolutely great I have never owned a property to rent this was my first time. Grants were there with me every step of the way i couldnt have asked for more. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
