I have always used national companies for a tenant find services. With the introduction of the Tenant fee ban this cost has greatly increased to landlords. So I decided to use Boss Properties being a smaller independent company and I can say the service received far exceeded my expectations and with a cost to me half of the previous provider with additional services provided free of charge. So will definitely be using them again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
