We had the most stressful move with our buyer dragging their heels and shifting exchange dates and frustration and nervousness around lack of commitment over 5 months. Fiona as we neared completion was amazing. She stepped up and pushed everything along and got to the root of any issue and pushed through to solution. She engaged with every element of the process going the extra mile and then some and kept us in the loop and feedback information we would otherwise not have got. Although we purchased through Tim Russ this time, if we move again we would definitely instruct Tim Russ to sell our house in future.
