Worst agency to deal with after you live in their property for a year or so. They take you for granted. The hoover in the property was not working for nearly 6 months and till date is the same. Landlord takes for repairs & brings it back unresolved. Agency does not reply to emails as is a courtesy and make sure to listen carefully how they tell you everything is working fine. They do respond to your calls but problems take more than stipulated time as shown in the contract.
