I was looking for a house to buy when I came across one that suited me in Bishpsworth Bristol. I contacted the office and the negotiator contacted me and arranged to meet for an official mortgage advice which was ok however the advisor din't know much about the BTL lenders. We actually enlightened him. We viewed the house and we liked it. Gave an offer on the same day. The following day, a phone call came to say our offer was accepted and therefore we should send evidence of the deposit and Principle. I sent the evidence and our mortgage advisor confirmed about the lender and submitted the valuation to the lender. Just to be told that, Hunters guy did not say the offer was accepted and they were trying to get hold of the owner, which was untrue and contradicting. I was taken round circles and frustrated as someone was lying somewhere. I felt they found a preferred buyer and they did not tell us. This was unprofessional and bias. I wrote to tell the office in Bishopsworh Bristol, that they messed me up and as I needed to sign off for the mortgage with my lender. I would not recommend them.
