Assetgrove Lettings Ltd are currently pocketing public funds from Local authorities and not paying landlords. I urge Landlords to write to all local authorities (councillors and chief executives) to engage them so hopefully they can stop the payments and move their tenants. Tenants should also complain to Local authorities about the negligence and irresponsible attitude from this company. Doing nothing is not an option we all have to come together to stop this company scaring landlords and local authorities.

Beware and avoid at all costs. Assetgrove letting are thiefs, taking rental income from local authorioties and NOT paying or passing it on to landlords. They claim to guarantee the rent but as and when they choose, they withhold payment despite the property being occupied and Asset Grove Limited receiving payment from the respective local authority. My advice would be to avoid this terrible company. The worst in London by far. They do not manage the properties. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
