To all prospective Sellers and Buyers. Selling your home or purchasing a property is a complex and stressful processs. I have moved 7 times in the past 20 years. The best and most efficient service I have had . Is by Anne and her team in Ellesmere Port. I have sold 3 houses and bought 4 homes with Ann. I actually went back to Ann after dealing with other estate agents. As I found Ann the best and most professional. Also have bought 2 of these properties recently with the help of Ann and Mike whose financial help was second to none. Thank you to all the Team Carol

Ann Lloyd was very rude and abrupt with a very flippant telephone manner. The vendor found it necessary to phone us to find out what stage the sale was at, as he too was not happy with her so called service.
