Looked at this property as a group of four, we enquired, got a slow response, said they would visit the property for us to view as covid didnt allow us. He came back to us after intervening to say that the current occupants are isolating (fair enough) and that they will go when safe. Waited 4 weeks, i had to intervene to see if they had forgotten about it, in which they did! Then they said they had done the video and said would send it as soon as possible, again still nothing, this was clutching at straws so we are looking elsewhere otherwise there wont be much left. I understand about covid but forgetting for 4 weeks then no video? The one star is the fact that the property from the photos looked great.
