had an Ashton & Perkins SOLD sign fall and damage my vehicle. This company has taken no responsibility they seem to think it is OK to pass the buck on to their "sign company". I completely understand a 3rd party has put the sign up but Ashton & Perkins need to take some responsibility when someones property has been damaged. It took them 2 weeks to apologise and to date still chasing them trying to recover for the damage caused The sign company are even worse - useless unresponsive unprofessional!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
