For those who are seeking a rental property there is a familiar method reputable lettings agents use. Namely advertise a property, choose a short list for the owner of the property, arrange viewings then choose the suitable candidate from the short list. It appears this professional method doesn't apply with Roger Hemmings in a throw back to how things used to happen in the 1980's. Here at Roger Hemmings a property is advertised and low and behold with one hour it has mysteriously been viewed by the first person to call and that person was deemed to be so suitable that no other viewings are arranged, no short list drawn up and a holding deposit is taken. Far be it for me to be blunt in terms of what appears to have happened but I will let you draw your own conclusions as to whether this is professional behaviour?

I can honestly say dealing with Roger has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had to endure. He is rude, condescending, and damed right obnoxious. Roger Hemming is the most obnoxious and rude person I have ever had the misfortune to cross paths with.
