Asking questions in the public domain those that Reed & Woods fail to answer 1) What steps have been taken between July 2020 and now for the long overdue internal redecoration? 2) Why did it take 9 months to engage accountants in respect of the accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020? 3) Why were the substantial charges for gardening and your £10k fee charged to the 2019/20 accounts when they should properly have been accrued for in prior years. The lease / freeholders deserve far better than this poor service.

I would not recommend Reed and Woods. As Managing Agents they have:- -Failed to deliver Director instructions -Delayed issuing draft minutes of the AGM, normally arriving after nearly after a year. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
