Belvoir Stratford are the WORST letting agency I have ever dealt with! Appalling customer service and generally unpleasant. We had an attempted break-in at our flat, 2 months of asking Belvoir to organise the required repairs and they did nothing. We then had a burglary through the same entrance! Belvoir refused to take our calls or answer our emails and never even acknowledged that we had been burgled. The one time we did manage to get through to them on the phone they refused to give us the landlord's contact details and hung up! Eventually we managed to contact the landlord (a neighbour had his number) and finished our contract. 3 months after the burglary, Belvoir haven't responded to my formal complaint, nor once shown any effort to apologise or mitigate the harm done. Stay clear!
