Instructed Kravens who started marketing my property on Monday, by Tuesday the following week they had an offer agreed just a bit below the asking price. Unfortunately there were a few issues with the legal process and as the other sellers and buyers in the chain were selling through Purplebricks, they did not receive the basic service expected from an estate agent.Kravens went above and beyond to chase up solicitors, buyers and sellers at all levels of the chain to ensure the sale went through. Thank you Kravens for the excellent service!!! Would strongly recommend Kravens to anyone looking to sell their property.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
