Waltham Estates Ltd

I've been client of Waltham Estates since 2019. I've never had a problem with them. The properties are old and somewhat neglected, so require a lot of maintenance. The guys at Waltham Estates always come up with a suitable tradesman to sort out the problems, with minimal input from me. I don't live in London, so I cannot visit the properties or sort out any issues personally, so I am very dependent on Waltham Estates being able to deal with 100% of problems that arise. In that respect they have delivered perfectly. I prefer to deal with things via email, and they are very good at responding quickly to my queries. On the odd occasion that I telephone them, all the individuals I speak to are polite and upbeat. I did some careful due diligence before switching to Waltham Estates, and this paid off for me. The previous agent was shockingly bad. Being a good letting agent is hard work, and many people offering the service are not prepared to do that work. Waltham Estates is an honourable exception. Faizan Kauser is the agent I've had most to do with, but they seem to share the workload around the office.
