I have never had to write such a horrendous review until my experience with this company. First off, do not expect them to get in touch with you when you need them. First day moving into my new flat I had to call them multiple times to see when the keys were ready. They originally said in the morning and was not able to pick them up till 5 pm. I had also asked for the flat to be cleaned and found the place with stains in the cupboards, on the walls, multiple things of the old tenant as well as dust and grime everywhere. I called again since I had not received the inventory. Sneakily, they gave it to me weeks later and gave me a narrow window to dispute it. They finally got in contact with me when I did not pay first months rent due to the fact they did not give me their banking details even with me calling and emailing them. I literally was trying to give them my money and finally when they reached out in a snarky manner I was finally able to get the details I needed. Another experience I had with this business is when I had to go into the office due to my error of locking myself out. There were several employees there and no other clients, yet the way I was treated was appalling. First off no one would even look at me for several minutes and then of course they didn't have a spare. I ended up having to drive an hour without a phone to find a spare key, which is fine due to me error. The true frustration is whenever I emailed and responded no one would get back to me or when I called. I am amazed these people are still working and should be truly ashamed of their lack of ability to do their job. If I could I would give them a zero stars. Be warned!

Absolutely useless letting agency. They charge the tenants a lot but do not care about the Tenants at all. They don't stick to agreed check-in/payment dates.
