This company have been supportive to me as a Landlord. The advice was correct and very supportive to both myself and tenant. I had been with another agent before and the paperwork was an issue, hence the reason for moving to a new company. I wanted to send a gift to them to show my appreciation and they said they couldn't accept due to covid issues, please take this review as the next best thing. 31 Aug 2022Hovepark are the LAZIEST BUNCH of money grabbing "*" i have ever come across in my life! You can literally walk into the front of the office when there is nobody at the front desk and listen to them bitch about their tenants behind the screen! So, you as a landlord, are a fool to think that your property is in good hands, because they do not give a flying ****! I have rented twice from these skanks, and both times both properties have had MULTIPLE faults before i have moved in which i asked to be fixed before i moved in, these were never done! During the tenancies they failed the fix any faults i reported properly, for example to fix the draft problem in one property, they siliconed the carpets to the walls! I have now been waiting nearly 2 months for somebody to fix my gas boiler so i can have a bath, as i haven't been able to wash myself because the hot water is all over the place, burns me, goes cold, burns me, and when i say burns... i mean its scolding and the boiler is turned down to the minimal setting! They haven't sent ANYONE AND DONT CARE TO! so you give them praise while us tenants tell you the REAL SIDE OF HOVEPARK!

Hovepark lettings are everything a proper moral agency should not be, they are rude(Megan) and simply do not care about their tenenants. This agency knew of my situation and age on initial contact. This agency took my holding fee, without providing me with a receipt, and after having a few days, I had to phone them to check the progress of my application. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should have stipulated that their clients were not accepting people of my age. This would have saved me forking out money for a taxi to go to the viewing. The agents should have called me immediately on hearing that their client had rejected me. They should have given me a receipt for my holding fee.
