It took her 6 weeks to find a buyer and even when the sale fell through it took her 2 days to find a new buyer. She was honest and approachable. Always available . She would make you fell as a seller that her service was just for you. She was at the end of a text or email or even phone call. Her office hours were not standard 9 to 5 but when you needed her or she had to give you feedback it was brilliant. We were with another agent for 6months and no information we had to do the viewings in covid situation. With Jade she understood having a cicid situation and a family that itbwould be difficult to have viewings all the time . She scheduled the viewings and made sure all protocols were safe. She gave honest feedback and made sure that you had all the options to make your choice. it wasn't a pressured sales pitch to get in her books to sell. During the stressful situation of not knowing what was happening with solicitors she would chase up and find out. Give you clear updates or just be there for you to make sure you were aware of all the issues arising and guiding you gradually through a stressful time. She even went out of her way in this pandemic to make sure all the paperwork had been sent to make sure dates of exchange and completion were upheld. Her personal service was amazing and a breath of fresh air when it comes to one of the most stressful times in life: buying and selling with a small young family. Her help was amazing and just a relief after dealing with big companies who just wanted to either constantly lower prices or wouldn't give feedback on key elements of the market etc.. If I was to sell a house again in Ipswich I would go straight to her. I would recommend her to anyone in the situation of buying or selling as she will go out of her way to make sure you are not pressured or worried about the sale. She will be honest and clear about all the issues involved including solicitors fees and financial services. She doesn't pressure you to use her recommendations always has a smile and just such an amazing agent. I can't thank her enough for helping us in selling our house and helping us find our new home..
