The kind of agents that give all estate agents a bad name. Extremely poor communication and overall lack of urgency in responding to any correspondence or returning phone calls. My elderly father put in an offer for a property in Tickton which was agreed and accepted. Without letting us know, they continued showing people around the property after the offer was accepted and a couple of days later, another offer was made and our offer rejected. Of course the owners of the property should also share responsibility for their actions but estate agents should have a moral responsibility to stop marketing properties once an offer has been accepted. This practise has been going on for decades, yet nothing changes. There are some good agents out there but Quicke and Clarke should be avoided!

Absolutely awful. Started well with nice looking details and lots of patter about the importance of feedback from viewers etc. In reality frequently messed up appointments and failed to tell us of bookings they had made and expected us there for! The accompanied viewer became... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
